Most funerals are conducted well. However, if you have a complaint, discuss it with your funeral director.

The majority of funeral directors belong to one of two trade associations so if you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to whichever of the two the funeral director belongs to.

Did you know

Under a hire purchase agreement the goods are owned by the finance company but the consumer has an option to buy the goods and become the legal owner when the final payment has been made. Until the final payment has been made you cannot sell the goods without the lender's permission.
